Holiday ❘ Couple

Ilse and I were looking for accommodation near the Piggly Wiggly Park Run site and Toad Hall was absolutely perfect in so many ways.
Theresa gave us such a warm welcome and said that we would be pleasantly surprised with the view as we had arrived in the dark. Gosh, what an understatement! Rolling hills, tall trees shedding amber leaves, birds foraging and the smell of coffee in the morning, I could get used to this…
Liz’s aim was to create the ‘home from home’ and this she has done with incredible attention to detail. The units are designed for comfortable outside living while you take in the majestic views, and inside has all the amenities you will require, just bring yourself and your food. Covered parking, laundry provided, wood fire place, WiFi, DSTV (if you need it), complimentary sherry and clean everything!

The cottage is so thoughtfully stocked (sherry at the fire place) and amenities are great and the fully fenced cottage was perfect for our lab. The views are incredible and staff were exceptional! Really great location as well and close to attractions in the valley.

Great for the doggo, very clean, very comfortable, everything we needed. Great view. Perfect little getaway, close to the best midlands places.

The location in the heart of the Midlands Meander made is easy to get around the Meander offerings. Super clean, comfortable and well maintained. A 2 night booking turned into a 6 night stay! Serviced daily, and they even did our laundry. The cottages are dog friendly are individually, securely fenced.

Amazing views from all cottages as we have stayed here on numerous occasions. Newly renovated so all pristine. Lovely host where nothing is a problem. Central midlands so all within reach A definite 10/10.

Lovely location, loved the view from the patio. Our pet was in doggy heaven, awesome walks around the property. Nice touches: welcome sherry, coffee and tea tray, daily cleaning. Comfortable bed and amazing shower room. Will definitely be back.

Beautifully renovated cottage, very clean and comfortable and lots of small personal touches and extras (Little Carafe of Sherry, all the wood / fireplace ready to be lit, tea and coffee station with biscuits etc, stunning braai area and with all the extras, lovely patio with view to enjoy the outdoors) host was very gracious and accommodating about our very late check-in and very late check-out. property was lovely and well maintained and felt secure.
